Appsmachub is committed to upholding the rights of copyright holders and expects everyone who uses this platform to share that commitment. As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we respond without delay to well-founded infringement complaints.
Filing a DMCA notice
Rights holders who discover that their work has been published on this site without authorization are invited to notify us through our copyright agent. A DMCA takedown notice will only be acted upon when it contains each of the following elements:
- A handwritten or digital signature from the rights holder or someone with authority to act in their name.
- Enough detail to identify the specific work whose rights you hold and which you claim has been used without permission.
- A direct link or a sufficiently detailed description of where on our site the disputed content is hosted.
- Contact information sufficient to reach you, including a postal address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that, to the best of your knowledge, the use of the identified material has not been authorized by the rights holder, any representative acting for them, or any provision of law.
- A formal declaration, subject to penalty of perjury, that everything stated in your notice is truthful and that you hold the rights being claimed or are acting with the owner's explicit authorization.
Counter-notification
If material was taken down from your account and you consider this action to be a mistake or the result of incorrect identification, a counter-notification may be filed with us. This document must include:
- Your signature in digital or handwritten form.
- Identification of the removed content and confirmation of the page or address where it previously appeared.
- A declaration under penalty of perjury that you genuinely believe the removal was a mistake or the result of misidentification.
- Your legal name, residential or business address, and phone number, together with your agreement that disputes may be resolved in the federal court that serves your area.
