Lindell Audio TE-100

Ableton Live , Extensions

Description

The UE-100 is a fully tube-based, minimum phase equalizer that harnesses six discrete filter modules to construct a suite of band filters, delivering dynamic curves ideal for source mixing, vocal tracking, and mastering on Mac. The original hardware unit is celebrated for its musically warm response curves and precise feedback, offering a wealth of boost and/or cut options across the frequency spectrum. Now, the Lindell Audio TE-100 plugin brings this classic hardware approach into your DAW, letting you shape sound “like a Pultec on steroids” on your Mac. Experience the full musicality and tonal flexibility of a legendary processor, meticulously crafted for today’s users.

Intuitive Controls

Refine your audio with high and low-frequency filters at each end of the Lindell Audio TE-100, then boost one of four vital frequencies using either rounded or shelf-mode high-Q bands to add body and clarity. Create dual parametric band-pass filters within the central section of the TE-100 to quickly reveal the authentic nature of your sound. The stepped frequency buttons focus on each filter’s critical turnover frequency, moving them closer together or further apart, giving your ears decisive control in any studio situation.

Precise Emulation with Enhanced Features

Maintain total command across a variety of mixing scenarios, utilizing level calibration, internal oversampling, and a switchable analog mode that delivers additional authentic coloration and subtle noise directly modeled from the original unit. Conveniently fine-tune the gain adjustment in precise 0.5 dB increments—far beyond the 2–3 dB stepping of the original UE-100 hardware. With Lindell Audio TE-100, the historical legacy of the universal tube equalizer is now seamlessly available within your Mac-based DAW workflow through the Lindell Audio TE-100 mac version or with an easy Lindell Audio TE-100 download.

Features

• Faithful emulation of the fully tube-based and transformer-coupled circuitry from the vintage 1960s Klein & Hummel UE-100 equalizer, brought directly to your Mac.

• Experience lush tube saturation and musical filtering inspired by the iconic Rundfunk (Broadcasting) German EQs.

• Craft dynamic frequency curves that simultaneously attenuate and boost frequencies—delivering unprecedented versatility much like a Pultec enhanced for modern production.

• Recognized as one of the most desirable tube equalizers in the history of recording, this unit houses no fewer than 14 tubes—now yours to use on Mac via the Lindell Audio TE-100 plugin.
